So the Bluestar is an all gas. I will leave that one aside for now, although it has a huge oven. The Thermador is the smallest oven here, and the Kitchen Aid is a sister stove to the Jenn Air. Fisher Paykel, if talking about the 9 series, is a great stove here. But I need to give my choice to the sleeper here, that is the Jenn Air unit. It cooks great has a huge oven with simple controls that can be controlled via an app if you’re tech-savvy. It has self-clean, but to me, that is not what is important here. Reliability is, and this unit seems to have a very good track record. Yes, all brands have issues doesn’t matter what you spend. But to me, a unit that has been in the field and works and cooks well with the large oven is the Jenn Air! link to JDRP436HL

Mid range for me is like  a Frigidaire pro or a nice GE but when you say storage underneath then the shallower the better. Many are so deep you loose a drawer or need to start the drawer lower. I’m going to move you to more of a European unit that happens to be at a great price point right now. The Bertazzoni pro 30 is on 2″ under the top so prob hang under the counter maybe an inch. Just plan for a small notch where the gas valve comes in and you will have tons of room for storage.  Retail is at $899 at many stores great buy for such a quality unit.

So many models were just put on a pause due to some part issues needed for production. It is not every model and there are many variations still being produced you can switch to. Certain models will probably be end of spring to summer (no guarantee due to supply chain) but here are some options to give you a head start. Model on left is on pause mode, meaning dealers will get some if ordered before Sept 15th, but best bet is to look for the model on the right that is similar and currently being produced.  Some have 2 options when available. Good luck in the hunt and thank you for posting!

Fair budget here for me, would recommend the KitchenAid line up. The KDTM404 seems to retail $999-$1099 but many stores will discount down to $850-$900 its an excellent unit, Maytag makes the 8959 that will be about $150 less if you have trouble finding it and it’s a great second choice.  Both fingerprint free finish, third rack, great filtration system and reliable! As long as working condition and within 5 years old, $500 for the pair would be a fair price

So there are variables from knobs to no knobs to sizing all higher quality brands. The GE lineup is GE, then GE Profile, then GE Monogram. Each step along the way offering a slight feature variation. Bosch Benchmark a little overkill for the price, I think the Profile for me is the best bang for the buck. Fully featured unit at a great price point. Super reliable when it comes to a cooktop Model #PP9036, give it a look I think it will be worth it. https://www.geappliances.com/appliance/GE-Profile-36-Built-In-Touch-Control-Cooktop-PP9036SJSS

So it does vary slightly from brand to brand on a washer as long as the hose isn’t crimped you can push it back till they touch, I use right-angle hoses on my washer and it sits very tight to the wall. The dryer is tricky as a dryer hose is standard 4″ diameter so that is the largest part on the back. you can also vent out the sides on select models if that helps you.  Per a few manufactures’ spec sheets I looked at they all ask for 6″  They would like about 2″ for some extra air clearance, Here is a great thing from a magnetic vent company that lines up the vent for you in tight spaces. https://www.magvent-dryervent.com/shop/mv-180-straight-vent-path-62pgk
