      Hi Al,

I like to bake.  However space limits me to a 36in range.   We have narrowed it down to the following duel fuels:

Thermador PRD366WHU 36in duel fuel pro harmony range

Kitchenaid 36in commercial style duel fuel

Fisher paykel 36 free standing duel fuel

      Bluestar 36″ Platinum Series

Do you have a recommendation for a range that has a large oven and doesn’t require service every six months?

      Thank you!

So the Bluestar is an all gas. I will leave that one aside for now, although it has a huge oven. The Thermador is the smallest oven here, and the Kitchen Aid is a sister stove to the Jenn Air. Fisher Paykel, if talking about the 9 series, is a great stove here. But I need to give my choice to the sleeper here, that is the Jenn Air unit. It cooks great has a huge oven with simple controls that can be controlled via an app if you’re tech-savvy. It has self-clean, but to me, that is not what is important here. Reliability is, and this unit seems to have a very good track record. Yes, all brands have issues doesn’t matter what you spend. But to me, a unit that has been in the field and works and cooks well with the large oven is the Jenn Air! link to JDRP436HL
