A basic bundle consisting of a dishwasher, stove, micro, and top freezer fridge will average $1800-$2200. If you bump up to a 36 fridge, it will move you up about $800

So almost every stove is factory natural gas out of the box, and many are field convertible. This means either an LP kit is included or sold separately. The kit will convert the orifices on the top and the bake and broil over to propane gas. Some of the higher-end brands like Wolf, for instance, will sell their stoves out of the factory designated for propane or natural. If you need a stove, say propane now, then natural down the road, just make sure to save the conversion parts. I will suggest always using a licensed plumber or store installer who is familiar with the conversion process. One misadjustment and the flames will be out of whack, causing soot to form on the pots or in the oven, so always use a professional when dealing with gas.

So I am more the appliance expert, but I do deal with cabinet makers all day long. So I do have experience as well as shaker cabinets in my own home. My kitchen is fairly new as well. So many brands relabel and there are so many custom brands out there but I would say “plain and fancy” and “fieldstone” are two brands many of my customers use here in the northeast and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and construction of both.

Depending upon the model, if it has WIFI built into it, then yes. Wifi available on most newer models today. It allows for diagnosis service as well as many great features from the app. Some will send you alerts if the door is left open or the temp drops too low. Brands like Dacor have cameras inside so you can food shop while you’re looking at the shelves in the fridge to see what you need, pretty cool stuff! You need to check your user manual. If it has the features list, then it will connect to WIFI in your home.

    Cameras in your fridge!

The problem is the seals. If not used for a while may dry out and crack. This can lead to leaks from underneath the unit. At 15 years old, I am not sure if wise to reinstall and use it as it is past its age of repair and or parts. You could hook up the dishwasher outside the cabinet and run a cycle as you watch it to confirm the seals did not dry rot from lack of use.

It is a toss-up between the LG wash tower as a unitized one-piece unit and the GE ultra-fresh that can be stacked as two units. The Washtower is fairly new but has been working excellent and is super reliable. Customers have been impressed at how quiet it is as well.

So, it does depend on it is a wall window split system or central air as there are many categories. I can tell you from my experience, in a residential wall or window AC, the Friedrich KUHL models are made to the highest standard. It is more expensive than most because it is made so well. Friedrich makes a few versions of AC’s, but the KUHL models are efficient and designed to last a very long time. Well worth the added cost over its life!
