I would do a double oven with air fry and convection. This Cafe model from GE even has a probe in the oven to ensure perfect temps! It’s a baker’s dream with tons of room to cook multiple items at once.

Summit makes a 12″ one that is reasonable and basic for a price concern. For quality, the Gaggenau makes a great one. Model #VI422611 it’s an excellent choice for a built-in counter unit. They work well and have a minimal heat signature.
It varies by style and brand. But I can tell you I have a Krauss, and I am so impressed at its ability to withstand scratches and its sound dampening insulation. It’s a great value sink, and I would buy one again.
I would follow clean the filter after every few uses and run a cycle of vinegar once or twice a month followed up by some cleaning tablets. Sprinkling baking soda once and a while inside the bottom of the tub helps as well to keep it clean.
Appliances come in White, Black and stainless for most brands. Today many brands started to make black stainless steel and many matte finishes. Brands like Bluestar will custom make any color you want so if you can think of a color these days they can make it!
