I want to install a small induction cooktop in my scullery. Which is the best? wolf has a 15″ but reviews aren’t impressive. would you suggest an over the counter induction vs built in for this size? Thanks so much.
Summit makes a 12″ one that is reasonable and basic for a price concern. For quality, the Gaggenau makes a great one. Model #VI422611 it’s an excellent choice for a built-in counter unit. They work well and have a minimal heat signature.
