It sounds like people really like the speed Queen washing machines. Which model would be the one to get? Looking at replacing a Samsung that may not be worth repairing.

Speed Queen is well received because they keep it simple! Their base model, like a TR5003, is knob controlled mid-size tub and heavy-duty components. It is designed to last more than 10 years plus, and I can tell you the service calls on them are extremely minimal, making them one of the go-to washers today. No frills, just a good old-fashioned agitation system pump, and motor! Many brands today make smart appliances, if you want a dumb appliance, buy the Speed Queen! I mean that with sincerity.

      Thanks for that info!

I checked out the appliance store and they said they are so backed up that they are unable to order any of the TR models. What about the TC5? It sounds like I can get a TC5 for the price of the TR3 so is this also a good choice?
