reliable refrigerator

      I am looking for a reliable refrigerator. I would prefer a reasonably priced stand alone fridge. Or a single door fridge with a bottom freezer. It does not need to have a ice or water dispenser as I feel like that is just another thing to go bad. I would like a fridge that is going to last more than a year or two and then break. Is there any recommendations for something like this?

      I would then push you towards a single-door bottom freezer with no ice and no water, just simple yet effective. Not many all fridges in a decent price point that is good quality. The bottom freezer is a very reliable unit. I sell a lot of the Amana ABB series, and they have been known to last long. Here is the model

      How does this Amana compare to a more pricey model like a Bosch. Would the life span be similar?

      Are Amana more reliable than the other brands made by Whirlpool like Whirlpool, Kitchen aid etc? My parents have had no luck with Whirlpool appliances lasting more than a couple years.
