Coil burners are less expensive to purchase easier to replace parts. They’re self-service but are slowly becoming a thing of the past. They are harder to clean, and take longer to cool down. But they are easier to clean, more modern looking, and most manufacturers offer them in more deluxe features like larger ovens, warming drawers, Air Fry, and double ovens.
