Is it worth adding a microwave above a stovetop?

      Is it worth adding a microwave above a stovetop? Or just get a countertop micro? The ones I see that would fit are narrower and more expensive, because of a cabinet. Otherwise I would lose a cabinet for a full size microwave.

      So yes, the lower-profile microwaves, I think, are worth it. Not only do they save space, but they also work really well. They are a little deeper, so take that into consideration. But counter space is a premium. So it’s so nice to get the micro over the stove when you can.
