What’s the best induction range to get?

Hard to say best as depends on the size and other factors but for me, it would be this unit from La Cornue Fe. it is just a beautiful piece made with the highest quality materials. A more realistic unit is the Fisher Paykel 9 series. Great looking and cooking piece that fits all kitchen designs. It has more of the modern-day conveniences like self-cleaning, clock timer, etc. Two totally different looks.
