I am an induction guy I feel the way they allow you to precisely adjust the temp and have such little residual heat from a safety standpoint is unmatched. In our showroom I would demo the induction boiling water and people were amazed at the speed.
I will be starting to build soon and also looking into getting an induction cooktop, I saw a VERY affordable one one Amazon do you think it is smart to try out if we like this and invest in a better quality after if we do like it?
