      Which is better for baking – gas or electric ovens?

      Technically electric ovens are notoriously better for baking. They won’t dry out the food as much and offer more even heating. This is why many chefs use electric ovens. Today many gas ovens come in convection, and the fan will help circulate the air evenly and eliminate hotspots. But I will still say electric overall if you are a big baker.
