So since the question is short, I will assume you mean how do you hook it up? If it’s a gas line, call in a plumber, that would be my best advice. But since I was an installer back in the day. I can give you a quick tutorial.
- Shut the gas off at the valve
- Disconnect the gas line and remove it from both sides
- Install a new gas line when replacing appliance as its the best time to do it and safe
- Make sure both fittings on the valve and dryer side have gas approved pipe dope either for lp or nat gas
- plug dryer in turn on the gas
- spray some soapy water on both ends and looks for leaks (soap will bubble if leaking)
- If all is good, make sure the vent hose is connected. Then start her up.
I still always recommend paying the store to do this as to why risk it when dealing with gas, safety is always #1
