Every time the holidays come around I wish I had a double oven. Is there any difference or benefit having gas vs electric? We’re hoping to start there and hone in on a brand or model. Thanks!

Electric generally bakes more evenly. But if you are taking a double wall oven vs. stove, you will go electric as 99% of all models built into the wall are electric, so price and choices are there. If you are talking a range with the addition of convection and now air fry, it helps distribute the air evenly, so does put them on par. I like the GE Café double ovens in a regular range, and they make a great all-gas unit!

Well dang, didn’t even know about or consider the range style! That would eliminate the need for the counter air fryer and free up some space. Thank you Al, genuinely appreciate your wealth of knowledge!
