      What countertop is best for rolling dough?

      Usually, a quartz countertop is preferred for rolling dough as it never has to be chemically sealed. Some will use marble as well with a little flour you good to go. I have had a few customers get marble inserts even for their butcher block islands, specifically for making bread, etc.
