36″ Gas Range

      Hi Al, I would love some advice on which 36″ gas range to go with. I am choosing between the BlueStar culinary series with open burner, the Cafe, and the Kitchenaid. I was leaning towards BlueStar, but I haven’t been able to find any service centers for BlueStar where I live, and I don’t know if that should factor into the decision. I cook and bake a LOT, so I really want to choose the best option. Also, it may be worth mentioning that we will be using propane, not natural gas.

      Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

      Good point ad I like that you are thinking of service ahead of time. I will say given the choices the bluestar is superior. It is a very easy stove to service and almost and regular service guy can work on it no problem! I would still go bluestar here the power of those burners and the way it cooks it like a  commercial oven!
