Since I wrote the message to you, I also contacted SubZero directly and one of the SE regional managers contacted me. He explained the issues and has told me that they are expecting shipment in on June 27 ( on my particular order). He does not believe there will be further delays. I’m not in a rush at this point but 14-15 months is a very long time to wait for the appliance but I also fully understand what happened over the past year. I appreciate them discussing the issue with me and allowing me to understand what the delay was and why. I have a new Bosche French door here waiting to move once the new unit is delivered. I’m good but I also appreciate you taking the time to answer and to make an offering as well. Thank you.
