I do know them well as the distributor is located a mere 15minutes from me.  My honest review is not to do it. Yes the price point is good. It always felt like a big toaster oven. Very flimsy, lightweight and so hard to find a servicer. Don’t let the price be the decision here. So many other brands that are better for a few dollars more. Sorry but I just cant recommend it.

You can definitely turn off the breaker wait 15 minutes and turn back on. This resets the circuit board. If it does persist then it will need service as it may have a short in the board.

Induction is super safe and the best way to go here. Gas is slowly being phased out as well in many areas around the country.  It is not that noisy on brands like GE and Kitchen Aid.  Go induction you will love it!

the 950 is just a bigger capacity for $20 go for it1! usually is $200 more
