Yes every few month remove the vent hose and vacuum in the back of the dryer and the vent hose itself. Always make sure the vent is straight as possible to help air flow as well. Don’t forget to Vacuum under the lint screen as well as lint will pass through it at times.

Yes GE makes em as does LG and Samsung some Frigidaire models are offering it as an option now. So 100% not an issue to get a second icemaker today. The LG offers the second as a craft icemaker in some models that makes the larger cubes in a spherical shape and Samsung makes a nugget style so tons of great options.
