Already happening as I type. California just passed a law and NY is next to follow for new construction. I don’t think production will ever end as they cant stop everyone since many are grandfathered in but it will affect new builds going forward. Only a few cities so far.

A paste of vinegar and baking soda really works well then wipe clean with warm soapy water. You can also buy Ceramabryte cleaner as it is formulated for electric cooktops.
