Which style refrigerator/freezer doors are most efficient?

      Does it make alot of difference if the refrigerator doors are top/bottom, side by side, o rside by side on top with a freezer drawer on the bottom?

      A top mount fridge is always the most efficient, followed by a bottom freezer and then a side-by-side.
