Which of these 2 laundry sets should I buy?

      GE W550ss 4.8 cu ft washer with microban and 7.8 cu ft with ultra fresh vent system

      $1850

      or

      LG 3900 4.5 cu ft front load and 7.4 cu ft dryer with turbowash

      $1600

      You bring up 2 very good machines, both are on my radar, but if you ask me to choose, I would go for the ultra-fresh unit. Their technology works very well, and they have held up since being introduced to the market for about 18 months now. Service calls are limited, and no known issues to speak of. It would be my top choice here.
