Switching from gas to induction

      Hi, We are trying to switch from gas to induction for environmental/economic reasons, and looking at the Frigidaire which is so much cheaper than Cafe or other brands.  Is there a reason?  It’s a about a 2k difference, which seems huge, considering all the other brands hover at the same price.

      So overall quality of the GE, KitchenAid, etc. is definitely better as a brand. When talking induction, there is no better value than Frigidaire! They purposely price themselves lower as a value brand here. Since there is not a big difference on the induction technology from brand to brand. The Frigidaire cooking surface is on par with other brands. The overall stove itself is a few grades lower. Sell them a lot and really don’t have any issue at all. No reason not to get it if you like the styling. $2k is a massive price difference.

        Thanks so much!  I’m still a little concerned that the overall quality isn’t the same, even though the induction is BUT like you say, the price difference is massive! Also, it’s in stock, which is the real bonus these days!  Thanks, again!
