  We ordered back in 03/2022. 48″ BI in which it was changed to the new model. Eta of 03/2023. Per follow up from large nationwide distributor, date changed to 05/2023. As of a new follow up with subzero eta is now 06/27/2023. Going on 15 months of waiting. Frustrating it is. Will Subzero fullfill??? We are patient, but this wait time is a little crazy.

  So they will fulfill but around 3 months ago they sent out a memo to the dealers advising another parts issue so tack on 3 more months to lead times. We do sell plenty of these and 14 months has been the longest someone has waited. Mean while they ended up with many “legacy” in stock units lately. If it is a stainless unit vs panel ready I have a few in stock and would be glad to help you out. BI48SSth. BI48ssPh, BI48SIDSTH

  - Since I wrote the message to you, I also contacted SubZero directly and one of the SE regional managers contacted me. He explained the issues and has told me that they are expecting shipment in on June 27 ( on my particular order). He does not believe there will be further delays. I’m not in a rush at this point but 14-15 months is a very long time to wait for the appliance but I also fully understand what happened over the past year. I appreciate them discussing the issue with me and allowing me to understand what the delay was and why. I have a new Bosche French door here waiting to move once the new unit is delivered. I’m good but I also appreciate you taking the time to answer and to make an offering as well. Thank you.
