So are you using rinse aid? If so, do you have it cranked up to the highest setting as it must be used? That is #1. #2 I would get a water hardness test kit. If your water is too hard, it will leave mineral deposits that make glasses look cloudy and white. #3 try a tab type of detergent as those tend to break down the best. Almost thinking could be a water hardness issue disguised as soap.
