Selling house and need appliance advice

      We are selling house, but hauling 18 year old appliances off before selling house.  Should we replace appliances or allowance fee and let them chose??  What brands are reasonably priced??

      If you are selling and haven’t sold yet. New appliances are a great selling tool. I would replace them now with a nice new reasonable set of appliances that look good. Go for a nice Frigidaire Gallery set of fingerprint-free stainless. You can probably get a full set for $4000, and that alone you will get back in the sales price. Kitchens are one of the biggest looked at things in new home purchases.
