Regular Gas Oven or Convection Oven – Just Ask AL

  I redoing my kitchen and I noticed that some gas oven also have an option to switch to convection. Which brand do you recommend? Is there a brand that also have a dual oven?

  Yes, many stoves today have buttons that say “convection” this will turn on the fan in the back of the oven to allow the hot air even circulation. It will cook fast and eliminate hot spots. I like the GE convection ovens, and they make the most double oven as well! Probably the best one out there.
