Oven cleaning

For small, intermittent cleanings, you can put a pot of water on the bottom shelf. Heat the oven to like 400 degrees and let it steam clean the interior. Then wipe it out afterward. For more stubborn stains, use products like easy off. It is formulated for non-self-cleaning and will work as a degreaser and lift the grease off the interior. Always wipe the oven out with a damp sponge before either method to remove crumbs and such.
