Deciding between gas and induction for 30 inch cooktop. What do recommend for each? We like the safety of induction but worry about the noise.
Induction is super safe and the best way to go here. Gas is slowly being phased out as well in many areas around the country. It is not that noisy on brands like GE and Kitchen Aid. Go induction you will love it!
