My LG dryer is not drying like it used to.  I have to run two to three cycles to get the clothes dry.  I checked for any vent blockages and there were none.  It was purchased in 2011.  Should I get a new one or fix this one.  Could be sensor or thermostat.

It could very well be the heating element too. But based on the fact it is 10 years old, I don’t think it is worth investing more money to fix it. I would say it’s time to buy a new one.

Dealing with a dryer that’s not drying properly can be frustrating, especially if you’ve already checked for vent blockages. Considering it’s a 2011 model, it might be reaching the end of its lifespan. While fixing it could be an option, personally, I’d lean towards investing in a new one for long-term peace of mind. If you’re in doubt, it wouldn’t hurt to consult professionals.
