Do you think a microwave/convection oven can stand in for a regular oven in a small kitchen? Any suggestions on brands?
It depends on how you cook. If you plan to bake a lot, I would say no. I use my convection component on big Holidays when I need a second oven. My issue with it is that it seems to take a long time to preheat. But it’s better than no oven at all!
