Is it better to have a strong, simple and effective machine from a good brand, or is it worth the extra money just to throw in bluetooth or fancy display screen to the mix?  is a bluetooth fridge or range worth the extra?  It looks cool, but do you actually use it?

The problem is most new appliances are technology loaded so it’s a tough trade-off, I do like simple and a good, knob controlled product is always more reliable but take the GE 5 in 1 oven with a touch screen and wifi packed with tech that is super useful so I would take it on a must need feature first then work from there. I will say the more tech the more to go wrong. In my home, I have a 48 wolf all gas range not even a clock on it but I will probably have it for 20 years.
