I have used both gas and electric stoves/ranges for cooking. I am curious to get other people’s opinions as well as teh goods and bads. Personally, I like the quick heat fluctuations of gas, but environmentally, electric makes more sense. Trying to look at all angles before I make a decision – thanks!
