      I’m a baker and I’m wondering – do you think a double oven built into the cabinetry OR one large oven standalone is a better solution?

      For a baker, I have found a double wall oven really is the best option so you can cook at a more precise temperature. Yes, a 36″ standalone can hold a larger type of tray, but most bakers prefer a wall oven, and I agree. Best choice!
