Always just think of it as a hot appliance vs a cool appliance. Technically, a fridge is the appliance that really should be on its own with proper air clearance. Many times, designers put a wall oven right next to the fridge, while it will work it is not ideal and can cause the fridge to run longer. Every brand will show you in the install manual the exact clearance they require, so it’s hard for me to give a perfect answer as it does change brand to brand. For instance, GE doesn’t allow their 220volt Advantium ovens to go under a counter but they do on their 110 volt models.
Look at the spec sheet and try to keep that working triangle intact.
