It is brand-specific. Most standard ranges come ready for natural gas like GE, Whirlpool, LG, etc. They are field convertible, and the LP kit comes packed in 95% of them. Higher-end brands like Wolf and Viking are ordered gas type-specific. So the answer would be yes, most do come with the kit.
