Combination Gas and Induction Cooktop(s)

      Al,
      I have been trying to find a combination of cooktops to create a LP Gas and Induction cooking area as seen with the Fisher and Paykel RHV3484L, without blowing the budget for the new build.  Do you recommend any combination of cooktops to create a 36-42″ cooking area that has both capabilities?

      I have seen plenty of companies that have made cooking ‘hobs’, but none that quite fit the functionality and size width limitations.

      Any ideas?

      Good question, why don’t you do either a 24″ cooktop with a 15″ hob that takes you to 39″ wide. Or do a 30″ cooktop with a 12″ hob? That brings you to 42″. Summit makes a 12″ induction under $700!
