I am looking for a gas cooktop with burners far enough apart that can handle a big sized pots/pans at the same time without crowding the cooktop and a continuous grate . Either a 30″ or a 36″ but I think 36″ would probably work better. I really like the Wolf contemporary gas cooktop but I want to make sure it functions the way I want and that I am not liking it just because of the aesthetics.
Rangetop is the best option as the controls are on the face so you have ample room. If not an option the Wolf Contemporary is a great choice as the knobs are moves to the counter face as well but it still drops into the counter.
I also really like the Thermador with the star burners seems to be a popular model.
