Interestingly enough, I designed a tiny house kitchen not too long ago. We actually almost all full-size appliances as it had a rather long run of cabinets. If you have the room, a counter depth fridge is a must fridge at 36″, 24″ dishwasher, a 30″ stove with a chimney hood above, and a microwave built-in next to the sink. This was actually out of the norm as typically, other tiny houses only consider units that maximize space. I would suggest a 24″ stove, propane convertible with a 24″ over the stove micro that can vent right out the back and an 18″ dishwasher if needed.24-30″ shallow bottom freezer. This will maximize your counter space. I even had one customer do no stove and install a 24″ convection microwave under a cooktop to save money. Personally, I find a true stove is a good idea in a tiny house kitchen.
