Gas, electric, or induction cooktop?

      Is it better to have a gas, electric, or induction stovetop?

      Personal preference and based on home utilities. For a 30 inch size, I love the induction ranges. They work fantastic, but if you want more of a pro range, like 36 or 48, they generally will come in gas.
