duel fuel with induction

      For a new build, I’m looking at the Thermador 48″ pro Grande which has 6 burners, induction and steam oven vs a wolf 36″ and add the wolf 15″induction and a wall steam oven. I was set on the Thermador till I read the steam oven isn’t so great. Thank you Al for all your help.

      If you can do the separate pieces, meaning space and budget permits, then that would be the best option. It would give you not just more versatility in installation aspects, it would give you a higher quality unit. I like Thermador products but don’t love the combi unit. Wolf 36″ is a larger oven as well vs. the oven size in the Thermador 48″. I have seen both setups in many homes, and the people who break out the steam oven to a wall setup prefer it better.
