My 1 yr old 1.2 cu ft inverter Panasonic 1200 watt microwave broke. The company would not honor the warranty. Is it better to dispose of it and cut my losses? model number NN-SD681s
That is not right as the magnetron has a 5 year warranty and that is the main reason they fail. Inverter micros do not last less and Panasonic is one of the best on the market. Call them back and make them honor the 5 year! its in the book.
How? I submitted 3 complaints via their website. I kept getting “disconnected” as soon as I sent the receipt. Then I called customer service and couldn’t speak to anyone without submitting my credit card and agreeing to pay $9.99.
